About Us

Arctic Line is a small but growing equipment hire business based in South East London, run by Todd and Anton.

The idea started from a problem we knew well: living in flats with large windows that turn into greenhouses during the summer. Many of these homes do not have built-in air conditioning, and most people do not have the space to store a portable AC unit all year round.

We started Arctic Line to make air conditioning hire simple, affordable and flexible for people in the same situation. We initially focused on London and South East England, but quickly expanded across the UK as demand grew and it became clear that overheating homes, offices and short-term rentals were a problem far beyond London.

As the business has grown, we have also expanded into other temperature control equipment, including industrial dehumidifiers for homes, construction sites and flood restoration, as well as heating equipment for colder months.
